Expert v.2 is an interactive training software for kiln personnel.
Based on the 1991 version of KD Expert and FPInnovations' Lumber Drying
Correspondence Course, this new version of K-D Expert offers an
easy look and feel that anyone
comfortable with a computer mouse can master! Also, Kd Expert
v.2 is a great addition for any mill training or quality control
program. Here are some of the new features:
- Keyword/phrase searching
- Western Canadian species schedules
- Twelve lessons with corresponding tests
- Plus much more!
The minimum requirements
for KD Expert v2.0 are:
- IBM PC (or 100% compatible)
- Microsoft Windows 95, 98, or NT 4.0
- 486 PC, 66 MHz processor
- 16 MB RAM
- 25 MB of hard drive space
- CD-ROM drive (for installation)
- Mouse
- Video card capable of displaying 256 colours
