The Dieffenbacher press with automatic control system and PressMan©
is typically used for manufacturing fibre based panels. It has 860
mm x 860 mm (34” x 34”) platen with steam injection
capacity. Available pressure from the press is 750 ton and maximum
hot platen temperature is 230ºC. The pressing
cycle can be
pre- programmed and performed
automatically.
The PressMan© can
monitor temperature and gas pressure of the mat as well as the thickness
of the mat.
